The Studios

We have four studios in total where you can decorate your own beautiful pottery. We’ve made sure you can have a very good coffee at the same time in each one of them too!

Fulham
Our original studio which seats around 50 upstairs with a new party room in the basement with additional seating for 20, was set up by Emma Bridgewater in 1998 and is located right next door to Emma’s pottery shop. The Little Toy Shop in the front of the Pottery Café at Fulham is crammed full of goodies for the under eight’s.

Battersea
Our new bright and airy studio, which opened in July 2011, is situated on the South end of the Northcote Road SW11, near the Antique Markets. The shop at the front, with rows of traditional dressers holds the full range of Emma Bridgewater pottery, tins, glass and cutlery. To the rear you can relax and decorate in the bright, contemporary studio whilst sampling the delights of the cafe.

Opened in 2001, our Richmond studio is located just over the bridge in Richmond upon Thames, and around the corner from Marble Hill in East Twickenham. This one seats around 30 people and also has The Little Toy Shop to the side of the studio.
