Chessell Pottery Barns lies in the heart of beautiful National Trust land on the west side of the Island.

• Browse our beautiful Gift Barn? 
• Take a look and sit on our new Willow Seat under the lovely Willow Tree and our new Wigwam also made from Willow for the children to play in. The willow structures have been made for us by talented local 'willow man' and experienced gardener, Richard Bolwell.  

Your own decorated pottery makes a wonderful gift or memento - capture your baby's first footprints, decorate a jug with an easy sponge ware pattern for Nanna's birthday, let your child draw a picture that tells the story of their holiday on the Island or decorate your very own tea set with multi coloured polka dots!

Our Gift Barn has the largest range of Bridgewater Pottery on the Island, plus Port Meirion Pottery, Crabtree & Evelyn gifts, Isle of Wight Lavender, locally made Island pottery and lots, lots more! Our own totally hand made 'Island Mugs' which sold out towards the end of the season last year are now back on sale in the shop!

Our Courtyard Cafe serves delicious light lunches - home made soup, pasties and salads and the unbeatable Chessell Cream Tea with home made scones and real clotted cream.
